Privacy Policy

Handling your information, plainly.

Running marketing on your behalf means being trusted with your accounts and your customers' attention. This policy sets out exactly what that trust involves.

What this policy covers

This policy explains what information BITXIND handles when you use the service to manage your local marketing, why we handle it, and the choices you have. It applies to your business details, the accounts you connect, and the content and results the service produces on your behalf.

Information we collect

We keep the collection deliberately narrow. In practice, that means:

  • Details you give us about your business - its name, type and location.
  • Account details you provide so we can send your login and setup information.
  • Access to the platforms you choose to connect, such as your Google Business profile and social accounts, limited to what each feature needs.
  • Content the service generates for you - posts, offers and reply drafts.
  • Performance figures used to show your plain-number summaries.

How we use it

Information is used to run the marketing you've asked for: keeping your listing current, drafting and scheduling posts and offers, managing simple local ads within your budget, and reporting results back to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your customers' data to build profiles beyond what the service needs to function.

Connected platforms

When you connect an account, you grant access scoped to specific tasks - for example, publishing a post or updating your listing. You can review what has been granted and withdraw access at any time through the platform you connected. Removing a connection stops the related activity.

How long we keep information

We retain information for as long as your plan is active, so the service can keep working for you. When you leave, business and content data is cleared on a defined schedule rather than kept indefinitely. Some records may be held briefly where needed to meet legal or accounting obligations, then removed.

How it's protected

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to what is necessary to operate the service, on a least-privilege basis. Connection tokens are stored with the same protection as other sensitive data.

Your choices

You decide which accounts to connect and can disconnect them whenever you like. You can ask us what information is held about your business, request corrections, or ask that it be removed when it is no longer needed for the service to run.

Changes to this policy

As the service grows, this policy may be adjusted so it keeps describing what actually happens. When we make a meaningful change, we'll make the current version available here so you can always see how your information is handled.
